CANCELLATIONS AND NAME CHANGES

Must be made in writing.
The following rules apply:
- Name changes: will have a cost of 50€ (VAT included). Name changes must be made within the same fee. Name changes can be made up to 15 days before the start of the congress, after this date they will not be processed.
- Cancellations: Cancellations may be made up to 45 days before the start of the congress, giving the right to a refund of the amount paid, except 121 € (VAT included) for administrative costs. After this date, 100% of the fees will be charged. Refunds will be made one month after the congress has taken place.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase is subject to Spanish legislation. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be the Courts or Tribunals of Huelva (Spain).
The prices of the fees shown on the registration form are inclusive of VAT.

The rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of this data, where appropriate, may be exercised by sending a communication to the technical secretariat

At the time of purchase, the website will connect securely with the payment gateway. This will contact the card issuing bank to request authentication of the cardholder (verification of identity). In this way, it can be guaranteed that only the genuine cardholder, the owner of the card, will be able to use the card.
